Student Leadership Development Program

ACSIEC’s Student Leadership Development program (SLD) is designed

to empower high school students to become tomorrow’s leaders.

This program is built around three key areas that shape every student:

Mind — grow your knowledge and understanding

Heart— deepen your passion and character

Hands — step into ministry and put your faith into action

The program includes a variety of courses that are offered over

students’ high school and college years. They cover everything

from servant leadership and basic leadership principles to spiritual

disciplines, the art of helping, apologetics, and more. Each course

is designed to equip you to think biblically, love deeply, and serve

confidently as you grow forward in God’s plan for your life.

Stand Out

Through this program, you’ll earn a Student Leadership Certificate that

will set you apart in:

• University/college applications

• Scholarship opportunities

• Future career prospects

COMPONENTS

• Leadership workshops (two delivered on-site during school tours)

• One-week summer intensive training course/retreat for selected

student delegates

• Leadership roundtables for principals and senior administrators

(spring and fall)
