REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

To participate, your school must complete the online registration form. Once submitted, your selections will be automatically sent to Valerie Aspinall, and an invoice will automatically be issued to your email. Payment is to be made directly to ACSIEC via e-transfer to: payments@acsiec.org. Other payment options are listed on invoice.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be provided if the event is canceled, the date is changed, or you give written notice of withdrawal at least 3 weeks before the event.

Eligibility & Approval

  • Must sign the organization’s statement of faith 
  • Requires formal approval from ACSIEC 


Participation Benefits

  • Liaison with ACSIEC’s designated sports coordinator
  • Guaranteed entry for teams in all tournaments 
  • Full access across:  basketball,  soccer, volleyball, track and field, cross country, other seasonal sports
  • Right to host and convene events 
  • Opportunity to influence rules, schedules, and formats 
  • Direct input into tournament planning through committee service

Participation Requirements

  • Serve on the sports committee; attend designated meetings
  • Foster a collaborative governance structure 
  • Comply with tournament regulations and payment of standard fees 
  • Adhere to the statement of faith and ACSIEC guidelines 
  • Be available to convent and/or host sports tournaments

Membership Fees

  • Base fee of $999 that includes up to 40 students
  • Additional students: $26 per student who participates at least once 
  • Applies to all sports being offered in the school year
  • Associate member will receive member pricing on all sports tournaments (tournament fees still apply)
