BIO:

Joy is the co-founder of Friendzy. A passionate educator, speaker, and curriculum designer, Joy works with school leaders and teachers to build cultures of belonging where students develop strong character, healthy relationships, and the skills needed to thrive in school and life.

She holds a Master’s degree in Theology and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Joy’s work bridges biblical wisdom with research-based educational practices, equipping

educators with practical tools to strengthen school communities and help students live out the call to love God and love others.

Joy has been married to her husband for more than 30 years and they have two adult sons. When the boys moved out, they filled the quiet house with two golden doodles named Jelly and Bean, who now keep life lively and slightly chaotic.
