Sports Associate Membership

If you’re a Christian school in the GTA and only looking to participate in sports tournaments, here’s an associate membership option for you!

Target Audience
- ailored for schools not seeking full membership
- Focus is exclusively on GTA and surrounding area sports participation
- Designed for schools “willing or wishing to do sports” without other membership obligations
Eligibility & Approval
- Must sign the organization’s statement of faith
- Requires formal approval from ACSIEC Canada

Participation Benefits
- Liaison with ACSIEC’s designated sports coordinator
- Guaranteed entry for teams in all tournaments
- Full access across: basketball, soccer, volleyball, track and field, cross country, other seasonal sports
- Right to host and convene events
- Opportunity to influence rules, schedules, and formats
- Direct input into tournament planning through committee service
Participation Requirements
- Serve on the sports committee; attend designated meetings
- Foster a collaborative governance structure
- Comply with tournament regulations and payment of standard fees
- Adhere to the statement of faith and ACSIEC guidelines
- Be available to convent and/or host sports tournaments
Membership Fees
- Base fee of $999 that includes up to 40 students
- Additional students: $26 per student who participates at least once
- Applies to all sports being offered in the school year
- Associate member will receive member pricing on all sports tournaments (tournament fees still apply)
