Learn research-informed strategies that help students become more independent, organized, resilient, and confident learners. You'll leave with practical tools you can implement immediately to build an executive function culture that supports all students—especially those with learning differences.

BIO:

Mary-Lou has been training educators since 2004, equipping them with practical, research-informed strategies that strengthen thinking, learning, and student success.

As Executive Director of the National Institute for Learning Development (NILD) Canada, she draws on decades of experience as a teacher and educational therapist to help educators better understand how students learn and how to support those who struggle.

Her passion is empowering educators with effective, evidence-informed practices that foster confidence, independence, and lasting growth in their students.
