Lindsey Balsiger has been part of the Friendzy team since 2015, beginning her journey by supporting students and quickly discovering a deep passion for helping them thrive.

As a Lead Partnership Specialist, Lindsey partners closely with school leaders to understand their unique needs, celebrate their wins, and design implementation plans that make

Friendzy feel clear, supportive, and genuinely fun. She is passionate about making every partnership feel personal, easy to navigate, and deeply cared for. Her work is fueled by a belief that every student deserves to feel connected, capable, and supported and that

strong relationships are the foundation of thriving school communities.

Lindsey lives in Millcreek, Utah, and loves serving schools both locally and across the country. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with student programs, exploring local coffee shops, and appreciating the beauty of the mountains. She is energized by

meaningful conversations and opportunities to bring people together.
