Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification or license for elementary education preferred
- Knowledge of current educational practices and research-based instructional strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children
