Description

Central Baptist Academy is accepting resumes for consideration of an in-person, full-time school secretary. This is a one year contract position starting in June 2024 until June 2025. The school secretary performs an essential role in the smooth operation of the school and provides key support services to all the stakeholders including staff, students and parents. If you love the Lord, are committed to Christian education, and have great communication and administrative skills, we would like to hear from you. 

Requirements:
  • Personal relationship with the Lord
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Office Word, Excel, Canva, and standard office equipment
  • Maintain databases
  • Update student and staff records
  • Experience in maintaining financial records including A/R and A/P
  • Confident, problem solver, detail oriented, enthusiastic
